Delete your ikuida account

From the app

1. Open ikuida and tap the Settings gear at the top left.
2. Scroll down to Account and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. It's deleted right away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email privacy@ikuida.com from your Google account's email, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll delete it within 30 days at most and confirm it to you.

What is deleted and what stays

• Deleted: your profile, your name and your sign-in data.
• If you are a group admin and there are other members, the group passes to the longest-standing member, who becomes the new admin, and goes back to the free plan. If no one is left, the group, the people cared for and all their tasks are deleted.
• If you are a member of someone else's group, what you did stays for the others, but with your name replaced by “Deleted user”.
• Care tasks are deleted after 30 days anyway, as the privacy policy explains.
